Submiteaze Review – Internet Marketing Toolbox
So rather than go through a long diatribe where I talk about how important H1 tag on your page is, let’s start with a SubmitEaze Review. You see, unlike what you’ve probably read over and over again- your website is not that important. Oh sure, it has to be there. And yes, a properly optimized website will rank better. BUT, and this is a huge point many people never get, a beautiful, perfectly optimized website that has no traffic is less than worthless. I say less than worthless, because not only does it not produce any traffic- it’s a net negative producer because you wasted your time putting it together.
I remember reading a forum post about a poor panicked webmaster who had made a Build a Niche Store (BANS – Nope, you don’t want one, Google isn’t a fan. If you’re serious about eBay marketing build a content rich WordPress site, and spring for PHPBay) site that was gorgeous, but hadn’t seen a visitor in 60 days. It was for popcorn machines- and it had a lovely old fashioned popcorn machine like you see at the fair as a background. And zero traffic. The webmaster, an older gentleman, had taken the time to put down his memories of walking on the boardwalk with a bag of popcorn as a kid, and how modern popcorn makers had progressed. Too bad no one read it- much less bought a popcorn maker off his affiliate link! My advice for him, which turned his site around, is my advice for you. Write articles!
You need TRAFFIC. How do you get traffic? Backlinks. Well how do you get traffic if you don’t have a network of sites? You write good articles. You submit your masterwork to places like Ezine and Go articles (no, I’m not linking them, I give them free content, lol). I’m all for things that make things faster and easier. What SubmitEaze does is allow you to submit your articles to the article directories in the fastest manual way possible. Why manual? Why not blast your article to thousands of directories? There’s a saying from Vietnam- “The easy way is always mined.” If it’s effortless and anyone can do it- they are. What do you think Google thinks about hundreds or thousands of identical articles all over? If you had your own search engine, would you want to count every piece of identical content as a unique link? Or would you put up the authoritative link and dump the rest? And which link would value more, a directory that accepts any article and posts it right away, or the directory that reviews the articles and has standards? See a pattern here?
Anyway, the way SubmitEaze works is you populate the common fields the directories ask you for. The article title, the summary, the body, and of course your author biography (this is where you’re going to get your backlinks). Once that’s done, you doubleclick the name of the article directory (SubmitEaze downloads an updated list on every launch), and it opens up an internal browser. Then it automatically logins you in, and pastes your content. If there’s a captcha you enter it, you get to look over the article before submission, and then you’re done. No more cutting and pasting from notepad. No more odd characters from the wordprocessing program. Just simple, flawless execution. I wish more software worked like this.
Also, if you come across a directory that uses different field names, the developers have you covered there too. You can configure the software for custom fields, so it’s future proof. Technical support is excellent- I’ve had questions answered in as few a 2 hours and no more than 36- even on the weekend.
SubmitEaze is also directory submission software. They keep an updated list of web directories as well, and you can even do some semi-automatic submissions (read that everything but the captcha). The jury’s still out on how effective directory submissions are- if nothing else they don’t hurt. I primarily use SubmitEaze for the article directory functionality, and it’s well worth the price just for that feature alone. Consider the web directories a bonus.
